   I adore this rockin’ ‘do. It makes me think of Jenny from “Gossip Girls” (well, during her rebellious period in Season 2!). The fact that it’s a bit mussy adds to the appeal since it gives the style that slightly rebellious feel. She definitely looks like that cool chick everybody sweats!

   A shaggy platinum blonde ‘do reminiscent of Taylor’s hair from The Rachel Zoe Project–only Emily’s style is a little more roughed up. I dig it. Very rock ‘n roll, but with a shot of L.A. chic.
