You can never go wrong with long layers since they are super low maintenance. A little blow drying will help your waves fall down in place beautifully, but this hairstyle is perfect if you don’t like to fuss too much with your hair.

I’m a sucker for feminine hairstyles, and this one is definitely feminine. The great thing about this look is that you can wear it for formal events or even when you’re shopping!

While back-curled waves might bring back memories of Farrah Fawcett, this style is anything but retro. The strawberry blonde color is a perfect shade to accentuate this cut’s layers, and the cut is clean enough to add some feminine flair to work clothes without looking casual. Take this look from day to night with a messy updo – the loose strands will look oh-so-sensual.

Long and layered hair is always a safe bet. The layers are perfectly cut to shape the face and keep the haircut from looking too heavy at the ends. By adding the shorter layers in front, you draw more attention to your face. This hairstyle is extremely easy to achieve. Just curl your ends, toss, spray, and you're ready to go. I suggest this haircut for the on the go girl who doesn't have a lot of time to fuss with her hair.
